Saying No

So, the first blog of the year comes eighteen days after the fact….

There are all sorts of leadership blogs, breakout sessions and books devoted to the art of saying, no. Most leaders will advise people to say, no every once in a while, in order to be more effective. However, in this short blog/thought, I would like to pose a different perspective on the matter. 3. Paul discipled others.
4. Paul went to the ends of the earth with the Gospel.
5. Paul inspired(s) others to continue.

Ideas for leaders today:

Today’s Leadership On the Go will focus on humility. In my life there have been few leaders who practice true humility, why? Leaders are often seen as outgoing, self-starters, independent..

So why is humility unattainable for some leaders? For some, it may be a sign of weakness, unsure, shy… Continue reading →

Leadership On the Go: Choices

This is the third in the series, Rules to Live By, which will focus on leadership and choices. As Leaders, choices are a given at any moment of our day. However, there are many leaders who make choices without weighing the ramifications of said choices.

This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live and that you may love the LORD your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For the LORD is your life, Deuteronomy 30:19-20

As a LEADER what will YOU choose?

In today’s world of texting, FaceTime, and email at your fingertips Leaders are expected to make choices/decisions as quickly as they receive the request. How then can we as leaders make the right choices quickly? Here are some quick steps:
