Leadership On the Go: Attitude

From the post, Rules to Live By, I gave three simple rules to put into action wherever you are. They are:
1. Have a Good Attitude.
2. Make Good Choices.
3. Be a Helper.

Today’s Leadership On the Go will focus on Attitude.

Ephesians 4:22-24 says,
You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.

Paul is telling the believers that they were taught to die to their old life of sin and to renew their minds by putting on the new life that God gives through Jesus. The rule of having a good attitude is much more than smiling through adversity it is living the life that Christ gives and leaving behind the old sin nature. Our attitudes as leaders should be lives of hope, lives of grace and lives of sharing the Gospel.
